Integral ethics is an inherently spiritual ethical framework that classifies and unifies 4 differing approaches to ethical decision-making. Based on Wilber's integral paradigm, It can be used to help educators, students, and practitioners to engage colleagues and clients with differing religious/political views in more authentically inclusive ways. Importantly, this session meets the criteria for an ASWB-approved ethics workshop.
As a result of this training, participants will be able to:
1. Understand how the integral paradigm can be used to classify, unify and better understand various kinds of ethical reasoning and decision-making
2. Describe how integral ethics can help practitioners become more conscious of when they use differing ethical approaches for different kinds of issues in different settings
3. Articulate how an integral ethical framework can be used to help them be more sensitive to and genuinely affirming of ethical approaches differing from their own
